Data Deletion

You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to do it and what happens next. Data handling in general is described in our Privacy Policy.

The data controller is Grupo Hurtado SpA, Chilean tax ID (RUT) 78.193.568-9, domiciled in Santiago, Chile, owner of the FinisAI platform.

1. How to request deletion

Write to privacidad@finisai.tech with the subject Data deletion. So we can identify your records, please include:

• your name;
• the email address or phone number you used to contact us;
• if you wrote via WhatsApp, the number you wrote from;
• if you know it, the name of the company you were talking to.

You do not need an account or a login to make this request.

2. What we delete

Once the request is confirmed, we delete, as applicable:

• your contact details: name, email, phone, company and role;
• messages and conversations associated with you, including those received via WhatsApp;
• records the platform generated from those conversations;
• anything you submitted through the contact form on the site.

3. Timelines

We acknowledge the request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days of confirming your identity. If we need longer because of the volume or complexity of the case, we will tell you before that deadline passes.

Backup copies are overwritten on their regular cycles, so data already deleted may remain in an encrypted backup for a limited period before disappearing for good. It is not used for any purpose during that time.

4. Data inside a company account

If you were talking to a company that uses FinisAI, that company decides what information is handled in its account and for how long; FinisAI processes it on their behalf. In that case we will handle your request together with them and confirm the outcome to you. You may also contact that company directly.

5. Limits

We may keep certain information where a legal rule requires it, or where it is necessary to evidence compliance with an obligation, defend a claim or maintain the security of the service. In those cases we will tell you what is kept and why, and it will not be used for any other purpose.
