These terms govern the use of the finisai.tech website, operated by Grupo Hurtado SpA, Chilean tax ID (RUT) 78.193.568-9, domiciled in Santiago, Chile, owner of the FinisAI brand and platform.

A customer company’s use of the FinisAI platform is additionally governed by the contract signed with it, which prevails over this document in case of any discrepancy.

1. Scope of this site

finisai.tech provides general information about FinisAI. It is not a binding offer, a service agreement, or a guarantee that every capability described is available in your case.

2. Product availability

FinisAI capabilities, integrations and service levels depend on the applicable contract, on the technical validation of each implementation, and on the business policies each customer defines. Integrations are described according to their actual development status and are not presented as available before they are.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use this site or its forms to:

• submit unlawful, harmful or otherwise unauthorized material;
• submit third-party confidential information without their consent;
• attempt to breach, overload or gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• impersonate another person or organization.

4. Use of artificial intelligence

The FinisAI platform uses artificial intelligence systems that operate within the permissions, business rules and approvals each customer configures. Their output may require human review and does not replace professional judgment or legal, accounting or technical advice.

5. Third-party services

When a customer company authorizes an integration with third-party services — for example, Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform — use of those services is additionally governed by their respective providers’ terms and policies. FinisAI is an independent provider: it is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, them.

6. Intellectual property

The FinisAI brand, the site, its content, design and software belong to Grupo Hurtado SpA, and are not transferred by using this site. The data and content a customer company brings into the platform remain theirs.

7. Liability

This site is provided as is. We aim to keep its content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, FinisAI is not liable for damages arising from the use of this informational site; liability related to the platform is governed by the contract with each customer.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Chilean law. Any dispute regarding the use of this site will be heard by the ordinary courts of justice of the city of Santiago, Chile.

This is without prejudice to the law and jurisdiction the parties may have agreed in the corresponding contract, which prevails for the relationship with each customer company.

10. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product or in applicable regulations. The current version will always be published on this page, with its last updated date.
